What to expect?
I designed this open level dance format with passion for anyone, who enjoys dance and movement and is willing to explore expressing sensual energy through dancing. No previous dance experience is necessary. Bring your body, your sensuality and joy in movement...
This is not a heel class, you are welcome to come come barefoot, in your most comfy clothes, but of course you can wear heels for the choreography. This workshop is open to all gender identities and sexual (non-)orientations.
Each Class (90min) consists of the following elements:
Tuning In: arriving in the body, increasing body awareness through somatic movement, mindfulness and breathing. Tuning into the heart, sensual power and body-wisdom.
Warm-Up: whole body jazz warm-up, working on the dance technique and elements of the choreography- across the floor, space orientation, flow, presence, and confidence in movement. Joy in Movement.
Choreography: working on a short but juicy choreography (Style: Jazz/ Broadway/ Burlesque/Lyrical/Fusion). The routine will be introduced step by step and performed at the end of the class.
Cooling Down: gentle stretching and relaxation.

* The classes take place every mostly on 1. and 3. Monday of the month, unless there is a public holiday or other exception. No registration necessary. Please pay with cash or per bank transfer. No card payment possible.
